Still, it doesn't seem to mean regular, significant delays for the tunnel, but it certainly stinks when you are cutting it too close.
TIP A DAY #14:
- Leave at least an hour to cross the border to get to class. You just don't want to risk it. If you get to UDM/UW early then you now have some extra time to read, review your notes, print some documents or get a coffee. But at least you're not late.
