It’s Now Legal to Catch a Raindrop in Colorado
Interesting concept. Previously in Colorado it was illegal to catch and collect rainwater for your own use.
This is a fascinating Property Law issue. A topic that was covered in the most recent volume of the Windsor Review of Legal & Social Issues - which I am proud to say has been staffed 2 years running now by 3 JD/LLB students (out of 4 Sr. Editors).
